Abstract

The tuberculosis, is an illness that has pursued al man since the paleolítico to our days, affecting of preference to youths, between the second and third decade of the life. To the middle of the 20th century, the figures of morbidity in student communities of diverse countries, oscillated among the 2 al 8% of incident. After doing a brief one reseña on the main historic milestones onthe illness, the incident of the Tuberculosis in the university population is shown, carried out by consultation of the annualSP/68Revista de Salud Pública. Volumen IX. Número 2. 2005 Memories of the Secretary of Student Matters - Direction of Student Health of the National Universityof Cordoba, from January 1980 until August 2005.
