Nota Editorial. Territorio y capacidades en Brasil y Argentina
Abstract
Este dossier se origina a partir de la mesa “Análisis y perspectivas de los programas de desarrollo regional en Argentina y Brasil” que tuvo lugar en XX Reunión Anual de la Red Pymes MERCOSUR, en la Universidad Nacional del Sur (UNS), el 9 de octubre de 2015. A partir de las exposiciones y del debate resultante, fue tomando forma la idea de editar un dossier que vinculara territorio y capacidades. Consideramos que la relación entre ‘lo territorial’ y el desarrollo de capacidades, sean institucionales, productivas, tecnológicas o empresariales es una temática central a ser discutida en el ámbito de la Red PyMEs Mercosur. Con sus matices, los trabajos que integran este dossier parten de enfoques que enfatizan los aspectos materiales, acumulativos, sistémicos y colectivos de los procesos de organización empresarial y productiva territorial.
