Limits with Bolivia. Apropos of a recent -and rejected- territorial demarcation

Abstract

The paper distinguishes between delimitation and demarcation. It addresses the boundaries between Argentina and Bolivia and cites international documents that establish the boundary between the two countries. It focuses on the placement of an intermediate milestone on the boundary in the section located between Peña Orco and Cerro Mecoya, issue questioned by the residents of Abra de Santa Cruz. He takes position in the question of the most appropriate solution to the problem.
