The object of this article is to analyze from a legal point of view the use of force against terrorist groups acting from third States territory and its effect in the notion of sovereignty. Special mention is made to the so-called “Operation Fenix”, launched by Colombia against a permanent military camp of the Revolutionary Armed Forces located in Ecuadorean territory.Downloads
