Abstract

Introduction to the thematic Dossier organized on the occasion of the distinction with the Title of Doctor Honoris Causa from the National University of Córdoba to Dr. Oscar Oszlak for his fundamental theoretical and empirical contributions in the development of the research in the field of the state.

Author Biography

Maximiliano Rey

Doctor en Ciencia Política por la Universidad Nacional de General San Martín (UNSAM). Magister en Administración y Políticas Públicas por la Universidad de San Andrés (UdeSA). Licenciado en Ciencia Política por la Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA). Investigador del INAP. Profesor Adjunto Regular en la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la UBA, Profesor Titular en UNPAZ y de Maestría en diferentes materias: Estado y Políticas Públicas; Federalismo y descentralización; Instituciones, organizaciones y principios de administración. Fue consultor en organismos públicos, becario doctoral del CONICET y publicó artículos en libros y revistas científicas nacionales e internacionales.
