Abstract

The article analyzes the relationship between the State and legal persons of ideal existence, and how the intervention of the State in their activity may violate the innate rights of human beings. It is mentioned that laws limiting the activity of these persons are contrary to the general principles of common legislation and violate the precept of the fundamental charter of the State.
