The article discusses promiscuous representation in the Ministry of Minors and its place in the civil code. It addresses the opinion of the glossators, judicial decisions and the circumstances that justify the intervention of the Ministry of Minors in the administration of the children's assets.

Saul Alejandro Taborda, Universidad Nacional de Córdoba
He was born on May 2, 1895 in the province of Córdoba, Argentina and died in Unquillo, in the same province, on June 2, 1944. A lawyer graduated from the National University of La Plata, he participated directly in Cordoba in the Reform of 1918. He was rector of the Colegio Nacional in 1920 and an outstanding pedagogue, critic of Sarmiento's work, supporter in 1920 of the "big strike" and active reformist militant.
At the Colegio Nacional de la Plata he undertook various pedagogical reforms, developed his artistic vocation and replaced patriarchal discipline with a regime of self-control. His tendency to play guitar with the students was scandalizing.
He closed the boarding school and set up the Casa del estudiante, where the artistic avant-garde and students could go at all hours, fought with the then President of the University to carry out his reforms, and after resigning, returned to the province of Cordoba.His first essay was written in 1918, Reflections on the political ideal of America, where he outlined his anti-capitalist ideology.
He directed the pedagogical institute of the Normal School of Córdoba and its magazine "Educación". He delivered to the University of Tucumán the originals of Psychology and Pedagogy edited by the printing house of the University of Córdoba in 1959.
He wrote several essays on the urban subject in addition to writing about Descartes and Bergson, among his fundamental works are: La crisis espiritual y el ideario argentino ;El fenómeno político and Investigaciones pedagógicas.Saúl Alejandro Taborda.
