Roman Procedural Law and the legal protection of property

To study the Roman judicial procedure is to know in its full form the law of Rome. Therefore, this study, far from being an "archaeological" discussion without positive purposes, is a first-order element to clarify the fundamental concepts of law.
This is evident in a tangible way in primitive law, since there the procedural mechanism is interpenetrated and identified almost with the law itself.
