The adhesion contract

We are going to discuss the adhesion contract, a complex subject and in our opinion of growing interest, with respect to which we have the enormous disadvantage of having been dealt with in this very room by the eminent French professor Monsieur René Demogue, in one of his lectures in 1926. Since then, the subject continues to be in formation. It still presents hesitant aspects; but it has achieved greater characterization.

Farewell to Eugenio d'Ors at the end of his course at the "Universidad Nacional de Córdoba"; banquet held at the "Crisol Club" in Córdoba.
He was an exemplary student at Colegio Santo Tomás, and from there he entered the Escuela Normal Nacional de Profesores, where he graduated as a teacher. He then enrolled in the Faculty of Law, obtaining his degree of Doctor in Law and Social Sciences with outstanding grades.Soon after, he joined the faculty of the Faculty, where he proved to be an excellent researcher of Civil Law and above all, he specialized in the course of Contracts, whose titular chair he held for twenty-five years. His classes, dictated until last year, were a model of versation; extremely didactic, Dr. Montagné gave them a special character since he was infiltrating in the spirit of the students, with simple words and in a practical way, even the most difficult and intricate problems of the Law.
In this School, he also held the professorship of Public Law in 1918 and the substitution of History of Argentine Law from 1915 to 1919.
On several occasions, he held executive positions; he was a counselor, vice-dean and also a delegate to the Superior Council, positions he held with great prestige and with a clear vision of the university reality.
He was a member of the Academy of Law, thus becoming part of a body, which by the quality of its components, constitutes the highest expression of honor to which a university professor can aspire.
