Saúde em todas as políticas e intersetorialidade na América Latina e no Caribe 2011-2021: uma revisão de escopo

Introdução: A intersetorialidade, a partir da Conferência de Alma Ata em 1978, tornou-se uma parte fundamental do discurso político sobre saúde pública, os determinantes sociais e a promoção da saúde para enfrentar os problemas de saúde na sociedade. De acordo com o antes dito, é importante identificar as pesquisas realizadas na América Latina e no Caribe sobre este tema na última década. Metodologia: Foi realizada uma revisão de escopo em relação com as evidências científicas publicadas entre 2011 e 2021 em países da região latino-americana sobre experiências e ações intersetoriais entre a saúde e outros setores para enfrentar problemas conjuntos de saúde pública.
Resultados: foram incluídos 15 estudos; em sua maioria oriundos do Brasil, com designs predominantemente qualitativos e locais. Além disso, algumas análises destacam a hegemonia do modelo biomédico, bem como os conflitos e tensões a nível ideológico em certas questões de saúde e práticas tradicionais que limitam a colaboração intersetorial eficaz.
Conclusões: A intersetorialidade não é uma questão estritamente técnica, sendo que conflueim elementos ideológicos que determinam seus alcances e limitações. Estudos, em países como a Colômbia, devem ser ampliados para termos evidências que nos permitam compreender as barreiras e os aspectos facilitadores da intersetorialidade.
