About the Journal

Epistemología e Historia de la Ciencia [Epistemology and History of Science] is a digital open-access journal with biannual periodicity (May and October) that publishes, since October 2016, original articles, reviews and translations on general philosophy of science and philosophies of particular sciences, as well as articles on history of science with philosophical orientation. The areas of interest are understood in a broad and theoretically plural sense.

Epistemología e Historia de la Ciencia is a publication of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba and is born from the work carried out in the Jornadas de Epistemología e Historia de la Ciencia. Like that annual conference, this journal aims to consolidate the debate on epistemological issues within  Latin American philosophical communities.
