Abstract

The article analyzes the municipal’s autonomy in the Province of Corrientes, studying the constitutional and normative regulations, and the leading cases of the Superior Court of Justice to this Province. The purpose of this research is to establish if the institutional design in municipal’s matters complies with the national constitutional normative’s plexus, and if so, to know if the provincial jurisprudence manages to correct possible normative subjugation on municipal autonomy.
