Abstract
: The article examines the contemporary state through the "relational strategic approach" as an optic proposed by Bob Jessop, with special emphasis on the impact of neoliberalism and globalization on it. At the same time, the "Rule of Law" is particularly analyzed, and its questioned current validity, in such a way that through the approach proposed by Jessop it is possible to understand more clearly the mutations and modifications that occur in it.
