Abstract

The present article treated a decision problem relative to choose civil organizations in order to form a virtual organization. The different criterions used to evaluate the civil organizations were obtained by consensus of experts.

In this context of decision was necessary make use of a methodology that allows simultaneous evaluation of the different criterions to determine their importance and found a final order for the alternatives.

The Rating Analytical Hierarchical Process Model was used to found the final order of the health civil organizations of Bahia Blanca city that enables to choose those which responsibility will be to set up and direct the social net.
