LA ACTUACIÓN INTERNA DE ÓRGANOS SOCIETARIOS FRENTE AL AISLAMIENTO SOCIAL PREVENTIVO Y OBLIGATORIO -REUNIONES MEDIADAS POR TECNOLOGÍA -

Resumen

Resumen: No podemos negar el aporte y soluciones que nos brinda la tecnología en todos los ámbitos como opción para mantener la marcha de algunas actividades y reducir el impacto que causa el aislamiento. En algunos casos el covid-19 vino a actuar como acelerador en la aceptación de la innovación tecnológica como herramienta al servicio del hombre, con la convicción que muchos de esos cambios vinieron para quedarse. No es ajeno en materia societaria, en este contexto se modifica la resolución de IGJ 7/2015. Mediante resolución 11/20, se realiza una interpretación de normas tanto del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación como de la propia Ley 19550 resultando de las mismas la posibilidad de realización de reuniones del órgano de administración o de gobierno a distancia. Argumentos que se receptan en la resolución local 25/2020.

Abstract: We cannot deny the contribution and solutions provided by technology in all areas as an. option to keep some activities going and reduce the impact caused by social isolation. In some cases the covid-19 came to act as an accelerator in the acceptance of technological innovation as a tool at the service of the human being, with the conviction that many of those changes are here to stay. It is not different in corporate matters, in this context the IGJ resolution 7/2015 is modified. By resolution 11/20, an interpretation is made of both the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation and Law 19550 itself, resulting in the possibility of holding meetings of the administration or remote government body. Arguments that are received in local resolution 25/2020.
