Policy on data generated in clinical trials

The Journal of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Cordoba adheres to the policy of the International Committee of Editors of Revista Médicas (ICMJE) in relation to data generated by clinical trials. ICMJE states that it is an ethical obligation to share these data, given that participants in these studies were placed at risk by accepting their inclusion.

In the ICJME statement he cites four examples of data sharing statements, referring to what data will be shared, when it will be available and what access criteria will be established.

For ICMJE data sharing will be the norm in the future, in order to maximize the knowledge gained through the efforts and sacrifices of the participants.
