Financiamiento Público a la Innovación: Impacto sobre Esfuerzos Tecnológicos en Pymes Manufactureras Argentinas

Abstract

Siguiendo la literatura sobre efectos de adicionalidad de las políticas de financiamiento público a la innovación, se analiza evidencia de Pymes manufactureras argentinas relevadas por la ENDEI en referencia al período 2010-2012, utilizando la técnica econométrica de Propensity Score Matching. Los resultados muestran un impacto positivo del financiamiento público a la innovación sobre la intensidad del esfuerzo en I+D de las empresas beneficiadas en términos monetarios, pero la evidencia disponible no permite afirmar que el mismo se vea acompañado por una mayor proporción de empleo orientado a tales actividades.
