Resumen

The present work tries to analyze the notion of abuse of law in international law through the

ICJ jurisprudence. Is it a right? A dogma? A principle that enters the general principles of international law?

These are some of the questions that will be answered through the dissenting opinion of the judges in various

cases of the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The doctrine, as we will see, has tried to support or "deny"

some of the judges' positions by putting in place new ideas of approach to the subject that is always topical and

continuously developing.
