Strugle for effective abolition of child labour

Abstract

The work of minors, which is one of the forms of labor subordination within the scope of the “gray areas” of the Labor Law, requires a series of reflections, if there really is a proposal to observe the development of man and the best enjoyment of their fundamental rights. This was the understanding of national and international law. The work of minors has sanctioned in the country as a crime with imprisonment those who profit financially from the work of a child in violation of national standards that prohibit child labor.
