The norm as the psitivization of pubic moral

Abstract

The origin of the conducts and the norms comes principally from the historical, economic, political and cultural context of every society. This work shows that the determination and the modification of the norms trough the framing of the public morality, it is a legitimate construction of the people, which allows the legal establishment of diverse principles and values, with the aim to obtain his goals.
