Abstract

This work, after a brief general introduction on environmental law, deals with the judgment of December 23, 2019 in the case “Cruz, Silvia Marcela and others v / Ministry of Energy and Mining of the Nation s / amparo environmental”, related to the “Porta Hnos. A.S.” factory located in the city of Córdoba.
