Abstract

Based on the numerous invocations of the Definition of Aggression, adopted by resolution 3314 (XXIX) of the General Assembly of the United Nations, regarding the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, this article aims to analyze the use and treatment that the Definition has received by the organs and Member States of the United Nations in this context, with a view to determining its validity and legal value in contemporary international law.
