Abstract

This work presents and bases a teaching sequence to teach Climate Change to high school students. Some of the many dimen-sions of this problem were addressed from a complex perspective: the climatic, environmental, political, economic, and activist dimensions. From this perspective, different scales were analyzed, weaving the different dimensions mentioned with processes and projections at the global and local level. Finally, the last activities were oriented as a call to action. This perspective be-comes even more relevant because of the selected theme, given the grim projections on the future of the planet and the envi-ronmental crisis we experience and, in turn, considering the leading role of young people in environmental activism and specifi-cally linked to the Climate Change.
