Activities Centred on the Obstacles to Teach the Evolution Model by Natural Selection

Abstract

Four activities for the teaching of the evolution model by natural selection aimed at secondary school students are presented in this article. Our goal is to destabilize the finalist though that might function as an obstacle for the understanding of the model. The implementation of this didactic unit has shown that this is an effective tool that helps the students to explain and question their representations in relation to the topic.
