Abstract

Even though Information and Communication Technology (ICT) tools are of prime importance in Environmental Education, there are yet not enough studies that would the efficacy level of the educative programmes that are being carried out. An example of these tools is the international collaborative programs through the Internet. The main objective of this work is to offer a methodological proposal of assessing this type of programmes. This should be done through the detailed study of the programme called "ENO Environmental On-Line", which is one of the most important programmes that are, at the present, available for secondary school teachers. The assessment covers eight key aspects that go from the methodology used to the reflection about technical aspects of said methodology.
