In December 2021, in an incipient end of the pandemic, we met in the courtyard of the Municipal Cineclub for the presentation of the third book of the "Cinema, Politics and Human Rights" team, composed of teachers from the Faculty of Philosophy and Humanities and the Faculty of Arts of our university. In addition to the joy of meeting again in such a significant and beloved place, there were three others: the fact that it is a book, accessible to everyone on the web in its digital version, but at the same time printed on paper, as a way of giving materiality to thought; that it is the result of a process that integrates reflection and writing with teaching (in the seminar of the FFyH with the same name); finally, that its pages combine the love for cinema, typical of cinephilia, with academic study, two worlds that do not always coincide.
