In this article we reflect the experience of Practice V from the last year of the degree in Psychopedagogy, in coordination with the institutional technical team of the Faculty of Education and Health, Provincial University of Córdoba, during 2019. This activity connects the complexity of educational practices at university level, in a world where communication and information technologies (ICT) have become essential and are updated continuously. This led us to inquire and problematize within our institution: What is your/their opinion about ICT? Are they used? How and with what purposes? We identified a demand, we built a project and began a path that allowed us to focus and give answers to what our educational community required in order to provide a democratic and quality education.
