EDITORIAL
Abstract
Me complace presentar el segundo número de la Revista Electrónica “Vivienda & Ciudad” del Instituto de Investigación de Vivienda y Hábitat –INVIHAB.
Esta edición se integra con artículos convocados bajo la temática de HABITAT III; Conferencia de las Naciones Unidas sobre Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano sostenible, que tendrá lugar en Quito Ecuador en el mes de octubre de 2016. La misma reúne para definir una nueva agenda urbana que renueve los compromisos de las naciones para alcanzar un desarrollo urbano sustentable, avanzar en la reducción de la pobreza y en los consensos políticos globales, que el contexto internacional demanda.
