Abstract

Polymorphism in argentinian rye cultivars (Secale cereale L.) using C banding was studied . This technic, doesn t allow the identification, if the cultivars origin is unknown. Only cytological markers in chromosomes , allow the identification of cultivars ( an intersticial band in chromosome number 3 in Manfredi Suquía cultivar), because the polymorphism in argentinian rye cultivars is very hard.
