El libro que se presenta posee ocho capítulos que se han desarrollado para dar cumplimiento al objetivo general del proyecto de investigación que llevó adelante la Universidad Nacional de Villa María (Argentina) definido de la siguiente manera: “contribuir a la proyección internacional de la Educación Superior Pública argentina a partir del conocimiento del estado de aplicación de las políticas de internacionalización -nacionales e internacionales- por las Universidades del Centro del país” (p.5) y al mismo tiempo lograr los objetivos específicos del proyecto.
