Integration and Knowledge presents the thematic dossier: Higher education and work: a complex link in a world in transformation, coordinated by Gabriel Kaplún (University of the Republic) and Marta Panaia (University of Buenos Aires). It is a problem that has a long tradition of research from different disciplinary perspectives and "many interdisciplinary articulation efforts", as the Coordinators point out. However, in the changing scenarios of the world of work, new theoretical and methodological approaches are necessary to account for the complexity assumed by the link and to rethink both undergraduate and graduate training as well as the professional field in higher education institutions.
