This collection of articles shows how the persistence of racism affects the educational rights of Afro-descendant people and communities and indigenous peoples in Latin America, and analyzes the scope and limitations of some policies established to ensure them, as well as some tensions and challenges that arise in this field of struggles. I hope that your reading will serve to stimulate reflections and debates that contribute to join efforts to eradicate racism in Higher Education and, more broadly, in educational systems and in our societies.
