Si bien el derecho a la Educación Superior tiene hoy un consenso generalizado a nivel nacional, regional e internacional, su concreción sigue siendo un tema complejo y controvertido. En un contexto de ampliación creciente del acceso, las universidades son interpeladas por fenómenos tales como las dificultades que muchos estudiantes encuentran en la transición del nivel medio al superior, y la persistencia de altas tasas de deserción, sobre todo de aquellos estudiantes en situación de vulnerabilidad.Downloads
