Validación de la Escala de Orientación Intrínseca Versus Extrínseca en el Aula para escolares uruguayos

Resumo
É apresentada a validação espanhola da Escala de orientação intrínseca versus extrínseca em sala de aula (Harter, 1980, 1981) adaptada para escolares uruguaios. Participaram do estudo 912 crianças (52,4% meninas e 47,6% meninos), com idade média de 10,19 anos (DP = 1,10), pertencentes a 10 Instituições de Ensino (61,4% públicas e 38,6% privadas) da cidade de Montevidéu, Uruguai . A estrutura da escala foi estudada por meio de uma Análise Fatorial Confirmatória, o modelo final apresenta índices de ajuste adequados X2 / df = 2,63; GFI = 0,93; CFI = 0,89; NFI = 0,84, RMSEA = 0,05. Os resultados obtidos confirmam a estrutura pentadimensional original proposta por Harter (1981) e fornecem evidências sobre as propriedades psicométricas adequadas do instrumento para uso com a população escolar uruguaia.
