Abstract

This article seeks to share some reflections on policies related to ICT teacher training set forth by the Union of Teachers of the Province of Córdoba developed over the past 15 years. The historical reconstruction of teacher training policies in ICT becomes relevant due to their role in the construction of citizen codes involved in disputes of a broader sense, on principles, values and ways of viewing and acting in society. On the other hand, the analysis of proposals regarding teacher training in ICT becomes, in this case, an analyzer of the relationship between State, Pedagogy and Teacher Unionism. To do this, it is necessary to recover the institutional memory embodied in documents and experiences of those who have participated in such processes and of those recently integrated UEPC team members who recreate the betting to strengthen and enrich the educational work.
