There are instructional strategies that can promote the use of ICT in education. In this paper, we describe the experience gained during an academic year, methodically applying instructional strategies that encourage constructivist and collaborative learning using ICT to enable teaching to use these tools for software project planning. We discuss the issues that make innovation justify and explain step by step development of the innovation and results. All the innovation process to manage information for the evaluation of students, means having more evidence of the note that each student will also understand its evolution, but needs a lot of coordination and a high degree of commitment of both students and teacher.Downloads
