Comparative analysis of the performance of students in Agricultural Botany I under two different evaluation systems

Abstract

In this research it was compared the final evaluations result of the students of Agricultural Botany I (U.N de Córdoba - Argentina), during four running years. In 1998 and 1999 it was applied the final evaluation system without promotion, while in 2000 and 2001 the students could optionally promote the asignature. No differences were found between both systems. The differences observed would be more related with the student tan the teaching learning process and evaluation system applied.
