In this paper we are interested in analyzing and becoming acquainted with the social representations of high school students from two educational institutions in the City of Garupá, Province of Misiones, regarding the process of digital inclusion that is promoted by the National State through the “Conectar Igualdad” Program (PCI), which is a State policy that involves mass access to ICT from schools. The development of this study has led to understand that, at the moment, the social representations of the PCI students of these institutions are closely linked to what the media reports, and to the official discourse-aspects that are being connected to students’ own experiences at their schools, as well as to what the families of each of these subjects think or believe.
